Meet our Staff...

Todd Egge

Todd and Joanne Egge have owned and operated Jay Egge Automatic Service since August of 1990.  Todd started working at Jay Egge when his parents, Jay & Dorothy Egge, opened the business in 1977.  He worked part- time while attending SDSU and after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in December 1981, he began working full time at Jay Egge.

Joanne Egge

Joanne got the job without even applying. She is responsible for paying all the bills, the marketing & advertising and keeping the office running smoothly. Todd & Joanne have 2 children – Christina and Joseph.

Dewey

Dewey Hessaa has been employed by Jay Egge longer than any other employee. Dewey began working for Todd’s dad in August of 1977 and has recently changed to a part-time schedule. When not at work, Dewey enjoys camping and woodworking projects. Rest and relaxation are also at the top of Dewey’s list.

Earl

Earl McGraw started working at Jay Egge in September of 1987 as a mechanic specializing in overhauling transmissions. He recently is reaping the rewards of years of hard work and has cut back to part-time and enjoying partial retirement. Earl spent years working on Mopar transmissions and is now restoring an “old charger” with his son.

Bob S.

Bob Stuntebeck began working with the Jay Egge team in February of 2010. He loves working here so much that he drves all the way from Wilmont, MN. Bob has a son and daughter. In his free time, Bob engoys the wonderful world of Truck Pulls. We look forward to having Bob on our team for years to come.

Andy

Andy Veldhuizen became part of the Jay Egge team in August of 2003. Andy used to enjoy fishing, but since he and his wife purchased an older home in the Canton area, they have been restoring and remodeling it which has taken up most of their free time. Andy and his wife have one daughter.
